Registration for the CSRS 70th Anniversary International Colloquium

Anyone wishing to participate in the Colloquium must register in due form (registration form to be filled in) and pay the registration fees inherent to their participation. The registration form is available at:

The registration can be done according to two scenarios:

> Scenario 1: Pre-registration by returning the completed form, followed by payment by bank transfer no later than 15 July 2021 to the bank account indicated below (send a scan of the transfer order by e-mail to the conference secretariat : colloque_rtas2021@csrs.ci )

> Scenario 2: Registration at the CSRS Secretariat located at Adiopodoumé Km17, Route de Dabou or at the conference site by submitting the completed form, followed by payment in cash (in CFA francs, Euros or CHF) from the first announcement until the number of available places is exhausted.

The registration fees include documentation, participation diplomas, participation in the various simultaneous and plenary sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, the opening gala dinner and the end-of-conference cocktail. The fees are indicated below in CFA Francs (Table I).

Participants based outside of Côte d'Ivoire will exceptionally be allowed to participate remotely on Zoom in the plenary sessions and parallel sessions in semi-personal mode as well as in the special sessions in full virtual mode. A maximum of 20 papers will be allowed in these special sessions in full virtual mode. Those wishing to make an oral presentation at a distance will be asked to record their presentation in advance and to send it to the conference secretariat by 5 September 2021 at the latest. Remote participants will be entitled to documentation and participation diplomas in digital files.

Face-to-face participation is strongly encouraged, even if you are based outside Côte d'Ivoire, particularly in Europe, West and Central Africa. In all cases, face-to-face participation will be given priority. However, these arrangements may be adjusted in light of possible travel restrictions related to the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Proposals for papers will only be considered by the Scientific Committee for those who have duly completed the registration form.

There will be no financial support for participation in the Colloquium. Participants are requested to make arrangements to have their expenses covered by their employer or financial backers. However, the Organising Committee will be able to support the printing of 20 posters. Students who wish to benefit from this support can request it when filling in the registration form.

Official languages

The official languages of the conference are French and English. The introductory lectures and the round table will benefit from simultaneous translation (French-English), while the parallel sessions will be held in French or English.
