
Submission of proposals
The persons invited to
respond to the call for papers and to speak at the CSRS 2021
Colloquium are mainly experts, specialists interested in the issue of
sustainable development (biodiversity, health, environment, food
security, governance, etc.), economic and political decision-makers,
researchers and academics, managers and civil society actors.
Proposals for papers should
relate to the themes of the conference, as defined above.
They should include the
following elements
- the name of the
researcher/practitioner and his/her contact details
- the institution to which
they belong,
- the title of the paper of
no more than 100 words,
- an abstract of no more
than 300 words,
- the presentation method of
the paper (oral, poster)
- the focus of the conference concerned as
defined above.
Abstracts of papers should
not exceed 300 words and should be typed in Word, Times New Roman 12
font, single-spaced, A4 size.
Files should be named with the
event, the type of paper (oral or poster), the first and last name of
the first author and the title (short) of the paper as follows
- File name of an oral
presentation: RTAS2021_Oral_Last_Name_First_Name_Short title of the
presentation
- File name of a poster:
RTAS2021_Poster_Name_Firstname_Short title of the paper

They can be sent by e-mail

Paper proposals will be
evaluated by a scientific committee and accepted papers will be
published online on the website of the Centre Suisse de Recherches
Scientifiques en Côte d'Ivoire (www.csrs.ch).
Accepted oral papers will be
presented for 15 minutes followed by a discussion. A book of abstracts
will be available before the conference and the conference proceedings
will be published.
The deadline for submission of
abstracts is 22 July 2021. The conference secretariat will send an
acknowledgement of receipt to anyone who has submitted a proposal for
a paper.
The Scientific Committee will
inform all authors of the results of the selection of the papers
retained in the conference programme by 31 July 2021 at the latest,
notifying them of the changes to be made. The evaluation of each
abstract will be done by two independent evaluators with expertise in
the field. The final and integral text of the selected papers, taking
into account the evaluators' observations, must reach the conference
secretariat, according to the same procedure as for the submission of
the abstract, by 21 August 2021 at the latest.
